  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors.

Skills

  • Operate and maintain computer systems and peripheral equipment.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems.
  • Run and monitor software and computing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer and basic software issues.
  • Backup data and ensure data security.
