We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our office in Sharjah.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors.
Skills
- Operate and maintain computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems.
- Run and monitor software and computing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and basic software issues.
- Backup data and ensure data security.
