Job Description For Housekeeping Attendant
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean Rooms & Public Areas: Sanitize rooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Stock Supplies: Ensure rooms are stocked with linens, towels, and guest supplies.
- Report Issues: Notify supervisor of maintenance problems or damage and address guest requests professionally.
- Safety & Collaboration: Follow safety and hygiene procedures and work effectively with the housekeeping team.
Qualifications:
- Preferred, at least 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping.
- Should have experience working with 3 star or 4 star property.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
