Oversee housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards, and address guest needs related to housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
- Inventory & Issues: Manage supplies, handle guest complaints, and develop policies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on staff performance and activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
- Should have experience working with a 3 star or 4 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
