Job Description For Bar assistant
We are seeking a motivated Bar Back and Bartender to support bar operations and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to creating a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
- Stock and maintain the bar, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Clean glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the bar.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverages is a plus.
- Previous experience working with 3 or 4 star hotel
