Assist in managing food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including service quality, inventory, and staffing.
  • Guest Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
  • Supervise Staff: Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain food and beverage quality and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Inventory & Costs: Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Collaboration: Support the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing policies and improving service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management supervisory role.
  • Need to have experience working with 3 star or 4 star hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and safety standards.
