Job Description For Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Assist in managing food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including service quality, inventory, and staffing.
- Guest Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Supervise Staff: Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Maintain food and beverage quality and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Inventory & Costs: Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Collaboration: Support the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing policies and improving service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management supervisory role.
- Need to have experience working with 3 star or 4 star hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry trends and safety standards.
