Job Description
OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure distribution and visibility of products in stores as per Principal / Division Guidelines. Meet the allocated sales target every month. Decision making limited to immediate and every day issues and works with specifically defined Division and Principal guidelines and procedures Any complex operational/ financial issues to be escalated to the next line of Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with defined guidelines such as Journey plans, availability module, Plan-o-grams, and Sales initiatives
- Responsible to ensure adequate stock availability on shelf 24/7
- Maintain the Visibility as per KAP / SOM
- Maintain freshness of stock in Stores
- Responsible for stock rotation
- Work within allocated Trade Spend
- Interfacing with Customer second/ third line management levels for in-market executions
- Negotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spend
- Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines
- Liaises with the logistics function to ensure delivery of stock
- Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations
- Read and understanding of Customer Sales Analysis.
- Provide in-market information such as Retail Sale Price surveys, Competition activity and display pictures.
- Provide feedback on competition and distribution to next level of Management
- Guiding the Merchandiser on floor
- Creativity in Displays within set guidelines by Brand owners
Skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
- High School. Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration preferred
- At least 2 years background in a distributor/multinational FMCG business
- Qatari/ GCC Driving License is mandatory
- Excellent communication skill
