The Store Manager Cum Supervisor is responsible for managing the store’s operations, including sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth store performance and achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure store adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Maintain optimal stock levels and manage inventory, including receiving and organizing merchandise.
Salary: 2500 AED – 3500 AED (Monthly)
