Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services as per company requirements.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and order terms.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent shortages.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain purchasing records, vendor information, and pricing databases.
- Cost Analysis: Compare vendor quotations and provide cost-saving recommendations to the purchasing manager.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Reporting: Generate and present purchasing reports and analytics to management.
Requirements:
- Qualification: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
