Position: Learning Academy Manager (Technical)
Job Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, and managing performance management and career development processes, while supporting high-quality training and succession planning for talented employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training and development strategies to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Identify potential candidates for scholarship programs.
- Recommend incentive plans to boost trainee morale.
- Implement onboarding programs in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Certified SHL Assessor.
- CIPD certification is a plus.
- Experience in industrial organizations is an advantage.
