Salary: AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture

• Prepare and update HR policies while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding

• Assist in performance evaluations, goal setting, and progress tracking

• Handle employee relations issues and provide effective solutions to maintain a balanced work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and support strategic decisions

• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
