Secretary Job Description:

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks to assist in the smooth functioning of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

 

This requires a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is preferred.

Candidates should have prior experience in administrative roles, with strong skills in typing, scheduling, and document management.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are crucial.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and stakeholders, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Reliability and professionalism are a must.

Pay – 2800 – 3000 AED
