Job Description For Waiter/Waitress
Deliver excellent service by taking and serving orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, take and deliver orders accurately, and address any issues or complaints.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards and check guest satisfaction.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Preferred, experience of at least 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Should have experience working with 3 star or 4 star hotels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
